IndyTransit operates on a reservation basis. Reservations give passengers the peace of mind of knowing that transportation will be there when and where they need it while allowing them to avoid the time and hassle of paying at curb-side. It also allows us to plan for special accommodations.
Airport Shuttle and Personal Travel services require at least 24-hour advanced booking for guaranteed service availability. Whenever possible, we will accept same day reservations with a 2-hour minimum notice. Some of our Special Transport services may require 48-hour advanced booking.

When scheduling pick-up times for Airport Shuttle Service, IndyTransit recommends: 1) allow at least 30 minutes after flight arrival time to claim luggage and walk to the shuttle for Airport Pick-Up, 2) allow at least 2-3 hours prior to flight time to walk from shuttle, check in and walk to boarding area for Airport Drop-Off, and 3) allow an additional 30 minutes for hotel check-outs, if applicable.
